Performance
Terrific to play, especially when strummed hard and loud. Fretboard is nice and wide, with no buzz. Solid Mahogany and Spruce construction with classic Martin-style internal bracing and look (pegboard, pickguard, etc.)

Sound Quality
The guitar has great sound. Better than any I’ve Excellent. No pick-up, but very loud nevertheless. Very clean sound. Somewhat twangy nature (especially on E) is due to light strings found on 12-string guitars. Very easy to tune and maintain in tune. Solid soundboard a definite improvement in sound versus my other (laminated) guitar.

The planets were aligned when this guitar was built. Frets are smooth and polished. Hardshell case is sturdy and heavier than expected (I consider this a good sign). No problems expected. I was looking for a “starter” 12-string. After playing very expensive Guilds, I settled on this one and am extremely happy!
