OM body, based on the venerable F-40. Solid Adirondack top, solid flame Maple back and sides, Ebony fretboard and bridge, bone 1 3/4" nut, saddle and bridge pins, Gotoh 700 tuners. Very comfortable low profile neck. The playability of a guitar costing 3 or 4 times the price. The tuning machines are very nice, the best I've seen other than Waverleys.

Loud and balanced is the way to describe the sound. The note separation, volume and sustain are amazing. You can feel the bass notes in your bones, tight and thumping. Articulate mids and clear as a bell trebles. It not ony excels as a fingerstyle guitar, it's also terrific as a strummer or lead instrument. No problem hearing it, really cuts through. NICE!

The build quality, finish, and bracing are first rate. Honestly, I've never seen a better built acoustic. Guilds have a reputation for beind solid, almost bulletproof guitars, and this one is no different. My Martin might become my second favorite acoustic. Guild's "Made to be Played" motto says it all!
