This guitar plays very well. The intonation is very good.

The pickup is not bad. I run into low end feedback more often than I would like. I am going to try a sound hole pickup and see what kind of difference I will get while performing. Without a feedback buster I have experienced moderate feedback problems, most of which was taken care of with the feedback buster.

I feel this guitar is very well constructed. I have put it through its paces with temperature changes and what have you, and it holds up better than most in the same price range.

This is the price/performance ratio leader acoustic guitar, in my opinion! It has a great neck/fingerboard and plays more in tune than any guitar I’ve owned (about 7). My previous acoustic (I’m mainly an electric player), an Ovation Legend 1717, had bad intonation problems. You could play it in tune in one position only. Go up the neck and the tuning went all to heck. This one is as perfect as I’ve ever seen.

It isn’t a solid-top Martin, but it is at least as good as anything in its price range.

Very well constructed. No fit or finish problems anywhere. I like the satin finish, but it does shine up where I rub on it all the time, like around the pick guard area. It seems very solid, like it isn’t ever going to warp or separate anywhere.

Fast, easy, and smooth neck. Excellent grip, ride, tune, and tone up to the 15th fret.

Excellent tone quality, bright and clear treble and good, if not exeptional lower end. Electronics are straightforward and work well. Some feed-back tendancies if you're not careful with amplification procedures. As good as can be expected with a piezio system.

Good solid feel through-out. Top braced well. Not real loud but can hold its own if called upon by serious pranging. Stays tuned well in varying temperatures and doesen't balk when strings are bent hard or even when neck is pressured.
