This guitar plays awesome. The neck is very fast and easy to play. The sustain is almost perfect with the neck-thru design. It’s extremely hard to put it down once you get started. It very much exceeded my expectations!

Sound Quality
Incredibly clean tone and no hum whatsoever when on either pickup. The EMG-Hz’s deliver rich and vibrant tones. Put some drive into them and the become very solid and bright. The gain is clean and hard without any undesired noise. Use mostly with a Fender Deluxe 110 and an old tube, can’t be beat for the price. Definitely a shocker coming from a passive pickup.

If it were built out of granite or steel it wouldn’t be any more solid. The design lacks nothing and went the distance and then some in this price range. The quilted top has an awesome finish and looks very elegant, neck blends beautifully into the body and the headstock is standard with all black hardware. Take the tremolo for a ride and she stays right where she is supposed to, licensed Floyd Rose performs as expected. No problems and she’s a keeper! Just ordered two more as they are discontinued in 2002’s colors. ESP gave her a face lift but refused to change the design, thank God!
